Singnet Broadband line is Fixed

Yay! Finally fixed by the 3rd technician!
The phone socket connector wiring is off, he replaces it with a smaller phone socket.
Good! Don’t need to call singnet support again.
Singnet Broadband line is Up After less than a Day Downtime

Another technician come down this time, and when ask why there is a problem only about 2 weeks after the first technician come down. He said about something loose. (not referring to my home wiring)

My Singnet Broadband line is Up After a Day Plus Downtime

The problem is I don’t know what causes the problem (or they don’t know?). And, I cannot terminate my contract with Singnet without paying a penalty!
I demanded that I should have the right to terminate the contract without paying a penalty if the line issue occurs again. But alas, I have no such right.
